PAVASI undertakes the obligation to inform users of any modifications as well as any change, through the website of this online store, displaying a relevant marking of the effective date of each version of the terms at the beginning of the text. It is clarified that the change of terms does not affect orders that you have already made and have been confirmed based on the procedure described in the Terms of Use as applicable.

Customer Identification

The codes used for your identification are two: the username (e-mail) and the personal secret security code (password), which every time you register them, they provide you with absolute security access to your personal information. You can change your personal secret security code (password) as often as you wish. Username (e-mail) cannot be changed. If you wish to change your username, you can inform us through the contact form so that we can deactivate the existing account in order to create a new one from a different e-mail.

After placing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail with the details of your order.

After the order has been processed by PAVASI's online shopping department, you will receive the second and confirmation e-mail with the products that will be sent to you.
During the progress of your order you will receive a series of automated e-mails, which will report the progress of the order.

In the event that the execution of your order is pending, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail. Alternatively, we will contact you on the telephone numbers you have given us when registering or registering the order on our site.
There is no way to disable these updates, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the correct progress of your order. Your products are delivered as quickly as possible and in any case within a time that does not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.
