RETURN POLICY

Returns

You have the right to return items purchased through this online store within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order, for reasons beyond our responsibility. Items that are custom made, engraved, made to size, special orders and designs are non-returnable.

For products you have ordered through the e-shop, changes and returns can only be made through the e-shop, in accordance with our policy, as detailed below.
All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. For this reason they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of change.

Changes are not accepted for products on sale.

The applicable exchange rates are €3.00 per shipment.

Product changes are done "hand to hand". You inform us by phone or e-mail about the product(s) you want to return, as well as with which one(s) you want them to be replaced. Afterwards, we will resend the package with the selected products to your door, by courier. You simply deliver the old package to the distributor and receive the new one.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped if you change your mind by contacting us at info@pavasi.com stating that you wish to cancel your order and quoting the relevant order number. You have the right to cancel your order as long as any special engraving, resizing and other special conditions have not been processed. If your order has not progressed to production, we will issue a full refund (banking and administrative charges may apply, which will be borne by the customer.)

Defective product

In the case of a defective product, you should contact us immediately in the indicated manner in order for us to deal with the issue and proceed - as the case may be - with either repairing the product or replacing it or refunding your money.
The refund, in any case, will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the return of all the money will be made by depositing into the bank account indicated by you.
